This workshop will introduce the concept and development of mindful self-esteem and practices to cultivate self-acceptance and self-compassion which can be used in a psychotherapy group as well as other forms of psychotherapy.  Concepts and methods for developing safety, therapeutic alliance, shaping the culture, and group as a whole methods are emphasized to facilitate group process.
