Dew clings to the branch.

It’s time to let go.

According to Buddhist psychology, clinging is at the root of all suffering. Notice how tightly you’re holding on to disturbing thoughts and distressing emotions. Rather than stress having you in its grip, open your fist and let it go. Always practice letting go.
