Head with intention.
Chart your course by the North Star.
Restore the virtue.

This post is part of my Haiku series. If you haven’t already, please read my “Introduction to Haiku” post.
Short practice:
If you plant the seeds of a rose, a beautiful flower will grow. If you harbor anger, resentment will fester. Setting your intentions on what you are wanting to cultivate, determines your future well-being. As you go about your day, plant seeds of a virtuous life. As you cultivate such qualities as non-judgment, acceptance, and trust as self-reliance, you do this not just for your own well-being but for the benefit of all.
“Every mind-moment charts course for the next.”
